Timeline Healing Technique (TLHL) is similar to the process of regression or returning to past lives (experiences), psychological reframing, and finding the soul's task. Through this technique, you have the opportunity to go back in time and meet your past selves and give them healing and wisdom.
The whole process takes place in the form of a deep guided meditation where you meet your Higher Self and which helps you travel along the timeline to the very cause of a problem, and at the same time heals and gently releases it. The process itself is similar to hypnotherapy where you enter a deep theta brainwave state to travel down the timeline to the cause of the problem or original trauma. The therapist guides you carefully and uses certain safety mechanisms that enable you to relive your past experiences from a HIGHER position of your Higher Self.
Various types of problems can be treated with this technique, whether you know their cause, but when you don't know the cause of your blockages, because your Higher Self guides you through the process. The energies of the ancestors can also be healed.
